Using Integrated label paper with Ebay
With integrated label paper you can print a standard invoice with removable customer address labels to attach to the customer's order. If you use the 2 label integrated label paper the invoice address and delivery (or return) address are printed onto separate labels.
This solution works with Ebay's Selling Manager Basic & Pro and Microsoft Word 95, 97, 2000, 2002, 2003 and 2007
You can buy Integrated Label Paper from http://www.integratedlabels.co.uk, prices start at £8.99 (+ VAT) including free delivery.

How to print your Ebay Invoices
Note: If you list your items with Turbo Lister, Ebay directly or other listing software (e.g. Spoonfeeder) you should use the free Selling Manager software to download your orders to the PC. If you are using Selling Manager Pro you should following the instructions from step 1. If you haven't already signed up to Selling Manager Pro or Selling Manager you can sign up using the following link:
http://pages.ebay.co.uk/selling_manager/
1. Run the
installation. This, by default, installs into C:\IntegratedLabels.
2. Select
the items that you want to print the invoices for using Selling Manager
and press the Download button. If using a popup blocker hold down the
Ctrl key.
3. When the File Download dialog appears press the Save button.

4.
Save the file into C:\Downloads (or your chosen to download files from the internet).
5. Run IntegratedLabels.co.uk
for Selling Manager Basic & Pro. This can be run from the Start
menu or desktop (if chosen when installing the software). The default location
for the Ebay items file is set to C:\Downloads.
This can be changed to any other location. However, you should keep the processed
location to be C:\IntegratedLabels.
Press the Process
items button. This shows details about the items being processed.
6. Open the
installed Word document. This is installed, by default into, C:\IntegratedLabels.
Change any details
on the page. Leave all fields with << >> around them. These
link to the Ebay item data. If you use the double label paper you can use the
top left label for a return address or other item processing information.
7. When you
are ready to print the invoices for the items select the Mail Merge Wizard,
shown below:
8. This will
show the Mail Merge Wizard on the right hand side of the window. If SalesHistory.csv
is shown as your current recipients when you press Next you will be asked
for the location of the recipients. You should specify C:\IntegratedLabels\SalesHistory.csv.
You will be shown a dialog titled Mail Merge Recipients. You should press
OK on this dialog. You will only have to set-up this the first time that you
use this method.
9. You should
press Next as the format for the letter has already been defined.
10. You should
check that you are happy with the layout of the invoice (letter) and amend any
details. Press
Next
11. Select
Print or Edit individual letters. If you select Edit individual
letters this will create a separate Word document for each item, each will
then have to be printed separately.
12. This is now complete. Save your document and repeat from step 2
for new items bought from you on Ebay.
